State Treasury in Finland has chosen Tieto as supplier for its case and document management system as result of a tender process. Delivery will take place early 2016 and the agreement is valid for five years. The new solution will be used in in all of State Treasury’s digital service processes in the future, supporting State Treasury’s digitalization goals.

Tieto will implement Software Innovation’s Public 360°, a standardized solution for case, document and archive management designed for public administration. Tieto acquired Software Innovation, the Nordic market leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) this summer. The solution to be delivered to State Treasury introduces more transparency to processes and supports further development of their services as well as efficient management of case and document lifecycle. Information control, case and document handling, storage as well as e-signature capabilities are included.
