Constellation Acquires Majority Stake in Education Group Ibis Acam

We are pleased to announce that Constellation together with the management team has acquired the ibis acam group headquartered in Vienna.

ibis acam was founded in 1981 and today is the leading privately owned provider of education and qualification services for  adults, young people and school graduates as well as people with  a  migration background in Austria.  With over 100 employees and 500 trainers the company operates 85 subsidiaries in Austria and Germany and offers courses to more than 40’000 participants each year. The business model focuses primarily on the professional qualification of unemployed persons with the objective to re-integrate them back into the labour market.

With the support of Constellation the existing management will continue  with the sustainable development and expansion strategy of the company.
