PH.CREATIVE APPOINTED AS PREFERRED DIGITAL SUPPLIER FOR HR RESOURCING FUNCTION AT NATIONWIDE

Internet marketing agency Ph.Creative has been appointed as the preferred digital supplier for the HR resourcing function at Nationwide, one of the UK’s top financial services providers.
Following a competitive five-way pitch, the specialist digital agency was chosen to design and build Nationwide’s new careers website, which will form an online hub for applicants and candidates.
The website will support the attraction and engagement of candidates, utilising Applicant Tracking System (ATS) technology, which enables aspiring employees to track the progress of their job application and receive automatic updates at every stage.
Ph.Creative managing director, Bryan Adams, said: “The website will be created with enhanced usability in mind, and provide an informative and engaging platform for potential candidates. The planning stages are already well underway to develop and implement an innovative solution to meet the Nationwide’s business objectives.”
