Frischezentrum Frankfurt am Main – Großmarkt’s Acquisition of Großmarkt-Areal
Frischezentrum Frankfurt am Main – Großmarkt GmbH has announced the purchase of the wholesale market area in Frankfurt/Kalbach from the City of Frankfurt am Main. The firm is backed by over 100 individual traders and trader companies that operate their business on the wholesale market area at Bad Homburg Kreuz in the form of the Frischezentrum.
Ferox Legal, Addleshaw Goddard and Norton Rose advised Frischezentrum Frankfurt am Main – Großmarkt GmbH. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised the City of Frankfurt.
The transaction was led by Ferox Legal and Partner Thomas Hopf (Real Estate), as well as Partners Dr Dennis Geissler (Financing and Litigation), Jürgen Heilbock, LL.M. (Corporate) and Dr Madeleine Arens as an external adviser.
