Founded in 2007, IFT specialises in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of high-end footwear. The acquisition represents “a strategic step towards the vertical integration of the supply chain in the name of responsible growth,” the press release about the transaction states. Michele Zonno will continue to lead the company. The acquisition is expected to be completed before the end of 2022 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
