House Surveys Posted In: Real Estate horizonschange On4th April 2017 at 4:10 pm #13842 I’ve agreed on a mortgage for property but its a really old (1910) building. I am worried about the infrastructure and roof as the previous buyer never had it looked at in 15 years of owning it. How much should I be paying for a reputable surveyor to assess the potential risk of the property?
