Primonial REIM acquires 68 German healthcare assets


Primonial REIM has acquired a portfolio of 68 nursing homes, retirement homes, mixed instituitions and rehabilitation centres in Germany, located mainly in Munich, Hamburg and Dresden. The company was advised by LPA (Paris and Munich). This entire portfolio of healthcare assets comprises approximately 8,600 beds.

Primonial REIM, which has assets under management of EUR10 billion, was advised by the law firm Lefèvre Pelletier & associés (LPA), with a team in Paris led by François-Régis Fabre-Falret and Stéphane Erard on the partnership and corporate aspects, Chloe Thiéblemont on the financial real estate aspects, and a team in Munich led by Fabien Tross, Bernd Spieth and Andreas Feuerstein on the corporate, financial and real estate aspects.
