Artemis Strategic Corporation’s $1 Billion Merger with Novibet

Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm (KG) advised Artemis Strategic Investment Corporation on its recently announced merger with Novibet.

Artemis Strategic Investment Corp’s merger with Novibet forms the next step of a strategic plan for the latter’s listing on the Nasdaq index, as well as the expansion of the group in new markets. The deal is valued after exercise of respective warrants and KPIs to an amount exceeding $1billion.

KG is one of the very few Greek law firms that have an extensive and longstanding experience in the provision of legal services to the gambling industry.
