Cardi B Reveals Excessive Child Spending While Slamming Offset.

Cardi B recently shocked fans when she detailed the jaw-dropping costs of raising her three children, Kulture (6), Wave (3), and Blossom (8 months), with estranged husband Offset — but her revelations have raised more eyebrows than applause. While the rapper’s frustration over Offset’s alleged lack of financial support is understandable, the extravagant lifestyle she’s funding for her children borders on the absurd — and might do more harm than good in the long run.

“A whole year straight, you have left me with the kids’ bills. Y’all want to know what’s the kids’ bills? Start adding,” Cardi B said during an emotional rant on X Spaces. And add she did — starting with the children's private driver who is apparently kept on a $10,000 monthly retainer. That’s $120,000 a year for chauffeuring kids to and from school, gymnastics, and boxing. Yes, boxing — for toddlers.

She continued, “Kulture’s school this year — you didn’t pay for it — that’s $45,000. Wave’s school a year is $35,000, which you didn’t help me pay for it this year at all.” Those numbers are far beyond even most elite private schools in the U.S., sparking questions not about Offset’s absence — but about the appropriateness of such excessive education costs for such young children.

The spending doesn’t stop there. Cardi revealed she pays her cousin $3,000 a week to babysit, totaling more than $150,000 annually. Blossom’s nanny reportedly costs $500 a day — another $182,000 per year. Add in four weekly tutoring sessions for Kulture and Wave at $250 an hour, and you’re looking at another six figures — all for kids who aren’t even in middle school.

And let’s not forget the extracurriculars. “Kulture’s piano class — that’s $300 an hour and she gets piano classes three times a week,” Cardi added. That’s $900 a week for piano alone — over $46,000 a year for one activity. While Cardi says she’s unsure how much gymnastics and boxing lessons cost, she confirms she pays for those too.

There’s also a private chef on staff from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. because, according to Cardi, “people in my house don’t have time to cook.” And around-the-clock private security guards the property due to threats made against her daughter Kulture — another steep but sadly understandable expense.

Altogether, Cardi’s annual child-related spending appears to soar well over $500,000 — a staggering amount for three children, even by celebrity standards. What’s more concerning is that this level of luxury could set the kids up for an unhealthy relationship with money, entitlement, and self-worth. No child needs $900 a week in piano lessons, let alone a chauffeured lifestyle that rivals that of global CEOs.

Even amid her frustrations with Offset — “[Offset] has seen Blossom only like five times,” Cardi claimed — it's hard to ignore the optics: a mother using extreme wealth to compensate for the emotional absence of a co-parent. “He hasn’t seen his kids since March,” she added, clearly hurt by the lack of fatherly involvement.

Offset, for his part, has not publicly responded to the claims. Page Six reached out to his representatives but has yet to receive a comment.

Cardi also took a jab at Offset’s legal maneuvers, saying, “Kiari, have I asked you for anything? You want spousal support so bad.” Last week, TMZ reported that Offset had filed for joint custody and spousal support as part of their ongoing divorce.

At the core of this celebrity feud are three innocent children. With both parents caught up in a bitter, public battle and an eye-watering lifestyle few adults could navigate, one has to wonder: is this truly what’s best for Kulture, Wave, and Blossom?

While Cardi’s fierce commitment to her children is undeniable, no child needs a $10,000-a-month driver or six-figure schooling and activity fees. What they do need is emotional stability, reasonable boundaries, and parental presence — especially from both parents. Amid the chaos and courtroom drama, we can only hope that Kulture, Wave, and Blossom grow up grounded, cared for, and shielded from the excesses of fame that too often do more harm than good.
