The warehouse sits on the 24-acre business park and is currently occupied by recycling group Royton. The Roydon Group has acquired it off-market and is planning to invest more in the facility.

Brackenridge Hanson Tate advised the vendor Welden on the deal. John Barton, Partner at BC Real Estate commented: “Roydon had already been operating from this building for some time but felt that the time was right to now purchase the property.

“We approached the landlord and were able to quickly negotiate a deal that suited both parties. This acquisition will allow Roydon to invest further in the existing facility as the business continues to grow and even expand in the future.”

Sentinel Security Services, Broomwood Estates and Adam Kluj Transport Services are amongst the other tenants at the business park.
