ALTÁN REDES’ $388.1 Million Debtor in Possession Financing
Altán Redes executed an agreement including a debtor-in-possession financing for $388 million, of which $161 million or 41% comes from development banks and the rest from suppliers, shareholders and customers. Altan Redes is the Mexican company responsible for designing, developing, operating and marketing the Red Compartida, the Network for Everyone.
