The 2,450-square-foot home features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and open-concept interiors lined with floor-to-ceiling glass that frames dramatic ocean views. The lower-level den doubles as a guest suite, while the primary bedroom upstairs includes a balcony, spa bathroom, and walk-in closet.

Poggenpohl cabinetry, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and sleek titanium and stucco finishes showcase luxury with a conscious edge. Outside, a single-car garage with a lift accommodates two vehicles, and a rare basement adds extra storage—unusual for waterfront properties.

Cranston sold the house in 2021 to investor Louis Gonda for $5.5 million—well above its asking price. “I wanted to prove that sustainable living can be done without sacrificing style or comfort,” Cranston once said, reflecting on the project.
